Partner with to be named vendor to expand upon the pilots in 2 locations to provide community based workforce development in the delivery of community help desks to provide IT related services within the community, with them principally located at Minority Serving Insitutions (MSIs); thereby providing a service to the community while simulataneously providing internship opportunities for students and job opportunities for local residents.
