Through their evoZero project's manufacturing /dry kiln process, Heidelberg is producing low-carbon cement and concrete (at a global warming potential of 35 kg CO2e/ton - below FMC threshold). Cement and concrete is produced also using fossil-based SCMs (fly ash).
