Construction and operation of a combined low carbon H2 (700MW electrolysers) and DRI plant, aiming at producing 2 Mt of fully low-carbon DRI/HBI starting from the last quarter of 2028. Product will be sold as a high value added metallic source to steel producers who are committed in producing decarbonized steel to reduce Scope 3 of end users. The plant will be located in the industrial harbour of Fos-sur-Mer in South of France, thereby benefitting from both a reliable and affordable access to low-carbon electricity, and to various logistic routes (rail, sea, roads).
