The company is the first in the world to demonstrate a single-step process that turns any grade of iron ore directly into molten steel or high-purity iron at pilot scale, producing more than 1 tonne per day. This breakthrough eliminates coking plants, coal, and costly multi-step processes—setting a new benchmark for safety, efficiency, and sustainability in steelmaking. Our process uses the same hardware for producing steel from Natural gas or Hydrogen. To use hydrogen, a green premium is necessary or the price of that feedstock needs to come down.
