ShapingCo 2025 is the national gathering of young change-makers that connects leaders from across Colombia with the legacy, culture and innovation of the coffee region. This is an immersive experience where tradition and future meet to inspire youth leadership, collective action and civic engagement.

The essence is rooted in the coffee cultural landscape and projects into the future with creativity, civic spirit and resilience, strengthening leadership, collective action and social commitment.

Unlike other youth gatherings, Shaping Co 2025 doesn’t just talk about change – it lives it with all five senses. Here, the history of the coffee region becomes a platform for action, identity turns into inspiration, and youths become the driving force for transformation.
