## We are driving a global movement to overcome the challenge of chronic diseases

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) —including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and chronic respiratory conditions — create an enormous impact on health systems, economies, and societies. The Health for All initiative provides a unique, multi-stakeholder environment for global leaders to create a new global health architecture, designed to address the long-term burden placed on health systems from NCDs. We believe that public health innovation can be supported through effective public-private partnerships, innovative financing models, and a commitment to ensure no community is left behind.

## Global Challenges

Three systemic gaps are driving where public-private partnerships and innovation are needed to create sustainable change across health systems.

### How can we finance NCD programmes at scale?

Identify the new funding models that enable holisic prevention and integrated care across chronic diseases, especially in Low- and Middle-Income Countries

### What is the ROI for Policy Makers?

Link early action on NCDs to economic growth and workforce productivity, informing policy makers on how to best allocate resources and coordinate with international organisations, civil socieities, NGOs, and the private sector

### How do innovations scale across the Care Pathway for all NCDs?

Leverage data insights to accelerate how Public-Private Partnerships can enhance education, screening, diagnosis, and treatments to drive better health outcomes, starting with Cardiometabolic Health

## Our flagship reports

### Making Rare Diseases Count: How Better Data Can Unlock a Multitrillion-Dollar Opportunity

Rare Diseases affect more than 300 million people globally. This report recommends a roadmap for improving how data is collected, shared and analysed. By making these changes, public-private partnerships can address current challenges in Rare Diseases while positively improving outcomes for more common NCDs including heart disease, cancers, and metabolic health.

### Closing Health Gaps: A Guide to Impactful Place-Based Change

With nearly 80% of health outcomes driven by non-medical risk factors, place-based approaches to healthcare are needed to impact communities. This paper provides practical guidance and case studies pertaining to four principles to support organizations in effectively implementing place-based healthcare strategies which can bring local impact to national NCD strategies.

### The Economic Rationale for a Global Commitment to Invest in Oral Health

Oral health is critical for overall health and well-being, with direct links to other major NCDs including diabetes, heart disease and poor mental health. This white paper outlines the economic rationale for investing in oral health, which includes including Oral Health in national prevention strategies for chronic disease. The paper presents concrete action pathways and support for new policies for public, private and civil society leaders.
