Place-Based: Search existing or upcoming health equity activities taking place in regions where your organization operates to identify opportunities to collaborate and scale impact.Strength-Based: From financing to logistical and policy support, each organization can identify what assets they bring to the table - and still require - to form impactful and sustainable partnerships.If you find a project you are interested in, click the Engage button with the project page tp get the contributor's details.
