## The challenge

The move from Net Zero commitment to action and achievement is still hindered by numerous technical, financial and organizational challenges; including limited access to information about How-To operationalize the journey towards industry net zero.


## Our mission

The Industry Net Zero Accelerator was launched to support industries accelerate their decarbonization journey to achieve Net Zero emissions by or before 2050 by:


### Shaping the dialogue and inform decisions

Sharing vision, best practices and insights to demystify industrial net zero transformations and driving emergency; as well as showcasing companies’ successes with best experience, practical examples and case studies to shape the dialogue among companies, governments, and academia.


### Driving systemic collaborations and accelerate existing initiatives

Support the incubation and acceleration of practical tools and initiatives that help scale cross industry collaborations addressing key challenges to get to Net Zero (e.g., Estainium & COSIRI).


## Our operating model


### Inspire

Disseminate and leverage our 10-action pillar framework on industry net zero to share knowledge, experience and best practices to focus on Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions reduction & benefit the broader industrial community.


### Engage

Animate content sharing and activities with private sector, public sector and academia to foster learning, reapplication, and collaboration on the most complex challenges of net zero faced by companies.


### Accelerate

Continue accelerating and scaling practical initiatives (e.g. Estainium Association, COSIRI) by providing the neutral, pre competitive platform and the network needed to support them.
