## Connecting and preparing the next generation of industry leaders in manufacturing and supply chains

The New Generation of Industry Leaders (NGIL) is a six-month leadership programme that supports emerging leaders in contributing to sustainable, inclusive and technology-enabled progress across industries. Delivered in collaboration with the World Economic Forum and Rockwell Automation, the programme brings together a selected cohort for immersive learning, cross-sector collaboration and capstone projects designed to contribute to practical outcomes. World Economic Forum partner organizations may nominate up to two future leaders for the programme.

The NGIL programme is guided by four core objectives that support participants in strengthening leadership capabilities, broadening perspectives, building trusted relationships and contributing to progress across industries.
