The New Generation of Industry Leaders (NGIL) is a six-month leadership programme that supports emerging leaders in contributing to sustainable, inclusive and technology-enabled progress across industries. 

Delivered in collaboration with the World Economic Forum and Rockwell Automation, the programme brings together a selected cohort for immersive learning, cross-sector collaboration and capstone projects designed to contribute to practical outcomes. World Economic Forum partner organizations may nominate up to two future leaders for the programme.
