Programme

5:30 pm | October Hub Meeting & Project Showcase

We'll begin with a 30-minute Hub meeting featuring updates on Hub operations, current projects and initiatives, and upcoming opportunities. Prospective members and applicants are welcome to join and get to know our community.

6:00 pm | Fireside Chat with Lily Elsner

We're delighted to welcome Lily Elsner, CEO and Co-Founder of Jack Fertility, an Oxford-based male reproductive health startup building a new approach to proactive healthcare through its home-to-lab semen analysis kit, the recently launched Jackit™ Sperm Test.

Lily holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a double BA in Biological Sciences and Philosophy from Wellesley College. Previously, she served as Chief of Staff at Capital One and Head of Strategy at a UK growth-stage AI drug discovery company. She received an Innovate UK Young Innovator Award for Jack Fertility, and the startup has been featured in Men's Health, GQ, The Guardian, and other publications.

The conversation will explore Lily's entrepreneurial journey, innovation in male reproductive health, and the challenges and opportunities involved in building a mission-driven healthcare startup. There will also be an opportunity for audience questions.

7:00 pm | Optional Formal Dinner at St Catherine's College

Continue the conversation over a formal dinner with Lily for £7 per person, followed by an informal social at the college bar.

Dinner places are limited. Five places are currently available, with the possibility of up to six additional places being added depending on demand. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
