Launched in 2020, the Reskilling Revolution responds to the urgent need to transform education, skills and jobs to support economic growth, innovation and resilience in a rapidly changing global economy. By bringing together businesses, governments and other stakeholders, it strengthens workforce capabilities, boosts productivity and helps economies and industries adapt and compete in the future of work.The initiative drives large-scale change through a network of champions and partnerships. With a focus on scalable solutions, it accelerates efforts in reskilling, upskilling, and workforce inclusion, setting a global example for replication and long-term impact.
