This livestream session will explore how purpose-driven leadership can help address today’s most pressing challenges—from the climate crisis and economic instability to widening social divides. The session will open with remarks from Natalie Pierce, Head of the Global Shapers Community, who will share why “Next Generation Now” is the theme of this year’s summit—and why we can no longer afford to overlook youth perspectives if we hope to future-proof our societies, economies, and institutions. A roundtable discussion will follow, mapping the priorities of young people worldwide and placing them in the context of today’s turbulent world. Speakers will reflect on how empathy, resilience, and authenticity can guide us to reimagine systems and build more inclusive communities. Objectives: • Identify the biggest uncertainties confronting young people and examine how these challenges shape their aspirations and priorities. • Inspire participants to lead with purpose and courage in complex environments. • Equip emerging leaders with practical ideas to drive change locally and globally.
