AboutThis session is co-organized by the Global Future Councils on Climate and Nature Governance and Good Governance.
Recent leadership surveys show that only one-third of chief executives are highly confident in their boards' ability to navigate current challenges, while 74% believe their organizations may not survive the next decade without fundamental change.
This session will bring together Board and C-suite leaders to discuss how governance can better support long-term resilience, decision-making under pressure and value creation. It will explore whether current governance models remain fit for purpose and what shifts may be required to address increasingly systemic and interconnected risks.
Climate and nature will serve as a practical lens through which to examine where governance works, where it breaks down and what needs to change.
