GovTech Intelligence Hub
This project expands GovTech Lab Ukraine into a national open innovation platform that enables systematic testing of digital solutions for public sector reform. The updated version (GovTech Lab 2.0) will increase the number of pilot projects and introduce joint innovation programmess to address priority challenges.The initiative will continue to collaborate with global partners such as UpLink, using its platform to attract startups, ensure transparent selection, and access high-quality solutions. The goal is to embed innovation more deeply into government processes.

GovTech Lab Ukraine
This project aims to accelerate green industrialization in South Africa by promoting the Transitioning Industrial Clusters (TIC) framework. It focuses on key industrial areas such as Coega and the West Coast Industrial Hub.The initiative supports collaboration between companies and public institutions to create shared strategies for clean energy adoption. It aims to drive economic growth, create jobs, and reduce emissions by transforming industrial clusters into sustainable energy hubs.The project also supports development in priority regions like Mpumalanga by providing tools, policy frameworks, and opportunities for international collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Clusters as Catalysts for Driving Green Industrialization in South Africa
This project strengthens the competitiveness and sustainability of South Africa’s mining sector by supporting the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.It will identify key challenges such as infrastructure limitations, skills gaps, and low technology uptake, and help companies develop tailored transformation plans.Using global best practices and practical tools, the project will improve operational performance and promote wider adoption across the sector, while increasing international visibility and opportunities for replication.

Mining 4.0 Readiness Initiative (M4RI)
This project supports the transformation of South Africa’s energy system by applying AI and digital technologies. It includes the creation of a Research Chair in AI in Energy at the University of Pretoria.The initiative will explore how AI can improve grid stability, integrate renewable energy, optimize energy markets, and enhance forecasting.It also promotes collaboration between academia, industry, and government through partnerships and research activities.In addition, the project will build local expertise through training programmes and knowledge-sharing initiatives, helping support a more efficient, resilient, and low-carbon energy system.
