## What we do

Established in 2018, the André Hoffmann Fellowship offers early-career academics a unique opportunity to contribute research-based insights to today's most pressing nature and climate challenges. The programme is designed to bridge the gap between the academic world and the network of public, private and philanthropic leaders convened by the World Economic Forum. Through a joint appointment between the Forum and leading academic institutions, fellows bring critical insights to the Forum's multistakeholder platforms and communities, influencing agendas on global issues.
