Founded in 2019, the Arequipa Hub is a community of young leaders between 18 and 30 years old building real change in Arequipa, Peru, and the world.

We believe that building a city must be done in community. That connecting people is essential. That serving is more powerful than standing out. That you do not need to be an expert to start.  And that the impact of what we build does not end when a project closes; it lives in the people who keep building long after.

We work across the six I-SHAPE impact areas (Inclusion, Skills, Health, Aid, Planet and Engagement) with active projects including Conecta Shapers, Youth Ideas, Raíces and Felicidad Pública.
