In September 2024, a 100 Days Mission pilot in Rwanda brought together the Government of Rwanda, CEPI, Ginkgo, IQVIA and partners to simulate a pandemic vaccine R&D response. Fifteen days later, Rwanda declared its first Marburg outbreak – and the partnerships built for the exercise helped launch a vaccine trial within days.
