Who are we?

The Düsseldorf Hub is a passionate team of multicultural, interdisciplinary, and future-oriented people who foster an inclusive environment, a strong sense of belonging and drive impactful sustainable change.

As a registered NGO, Global Shapers Düsseldorf e.V., since 2021, we advocate for local impact through building community among ourselves, empowering and encouraging sustainable leadership, and developing capacity-building initiatives for our members and the wider society. Our diverse team and projects focus on reskilling and upskilling for the future, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and reducing inequalities among underrepresented groups, particularly those with migratory backgrounds in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).

Who can join?

As part of the global network of over 20,000 Shapers in over +500 cities, we are looking for volunteers living in NRW between the ages of 18 to 27 years old.
