KiboCUBE, a joint initiative by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), enables educational and research institutions from developing nations to deploy CubeSats from the Kibo module on the International Space Station. This programme provides hands-on experience in satellite development, launch preparation, and operations, significantly enhancing technical capacity and international collaboration for participating institutions.
