The reemergence of industrial policy at regional and national levels of governance, is a clear indicator that policy makers are positing advanced manufacturing and value chains at the forefront of economic and societal progress. In an interconnected world, where manufacturers operate in multi-local manner, navigating various policies and regulations can be cost and time intensive. 

How can we influence a new era of industrial policy-making to best support manufacturing and supply chain organizations in delivering positive economic, social, and environmental impact?
