Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) represents the next era of artificial intelligence, aiming to create machines with human-like cognitive abilities and self-teaching capabilities. As we strive towards this ambitious goal, significant socio-economic opportunities and technical challenges such as control and safety emerge.
