## About the Global Future Council on Reimagining Aid

In 2025, the traditional system of humanitarian aid and development cooperation is undergoing a period of structural change as public resources for international cooperation look set to fall in the coming years. This moment calls for a reimagining of international cooperation to address the urgent needs of low-income and crisis-affected countries and communities. If we were starting afresh tomorrow, how would we go about establishing a system rooted in new forms of partnership and drawing on a more diverse range of financial flows?
