PROPARCO is drafting a new roadmap on “Investing in Frontier Markets 2024-27” in line PROPARCO’s 2023-27 strategy, asserting our ambition to invest in Fragile Countries and to collaborate with humanitarian agencies. The renewed strategy will:

1. Anchor the role of partners from the humanitarian world (HRI, ICRC, international NGOs) in addition to existing DFI partnerships on fragile countries

2. Mobilizing specific funds to be used on a multi-sector basis.
