Shapers comes from diverse backgrounds, including academia, NGOs, private companies, and multilateral organizations. Since 2012, we have been committed to driving social impact through a range of projects.
Currently, Managua Hub is working on three main projects: Innovation Challenge, Mi Futuro, and F5, focusing on positively impacting the lives of entrepreneurs and young people by promoting quality education, decent work and economic growth, and reducing poverty and unemployment levels in Nicaragua.

Managua Hub mainstreams the integration of a gender equality and social inclusion approach in all its projects. Beneficiares include women, youth, and people with disabilities. Over 50% of the target group are women, including girls (15-17 years old) and single mothers. By working together with partners, Managua Hub focuses on building gender equality and social inclusion capacities and raising awareness at the local level. We ensure conditions for equal participation and access for vulnerable groups by prioritizing adequate participation, protection, and safeguarding protocols and practices.
