## Introducing The New Champions Resilience Playbook

This is a year -long, co -creation project led by the World Economic Forum’s New Champions team, in collaboration with Falconi and Kaizen Institute , both New Champions members.


## About the playbook

The project will result in a digital playbook that serves as a digital -first knowledge hub, bringing together a curated collection of case studies, peer insights, tested frameworks, and practical tools that showcase resilience in action. Throughout the year, New Champions members will actively co - create the Playbook through a series of four virtual working sessions, contributing case studies and insights that together form a shared narrative of resilience practices across the community. Participants will engage in expert -led learning and personalized networking through dedicated one -on-one sessions. The program includes plenaries, panels, and workshops designed around the group’s needs .

At the 2025 retreat: join workshops, form sub-groups, and commit to projects.Over the year: connect quarterly, test solutions, share progress.By end of 2026: Publish resilience case studies on our website and share our collective intelligence.Submit your case study.


## The  journey ahead

The Resilience Playbook journey begins in Geneva and continues over the year as a collective effort across the New Champions community. Together, we’ll turn shared insights into action, co-developing strategies, testing real-world solutions, and capturing impact stories that reflect how New Champions lead through change.By the end of 2026, our work will culminate in the publication of case studies from each working group, a living resource showcasing our community’s best practices and proven models for resilient, purpose-driven growth.
