The Sydney Global Shapers is part of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers community, which spans over 500 hubs in 150 countries and territories.

In Sydney, the Shapers are a diverse community of extraordinary young leaders with a shared passion for collaborating for local impact. We believe that by acting with integrity in the service of our local community, we will improve the state of the world. We meet monthly to provide personal and professional development for members, plan one retreat a year, and provide ongoing support for each other's projects.

Current Sydney projects include:

Careers in Colour: Careers in Colour provides pathways for people of colour to effect positive change in their careers, workplaces, and beyond. Learn more.

Climate Writers: A non-partisan grassroots community that empowers the average Australian to become lifelong advocates for the environment and their local community. Learn more.

The Sydney Hub is passionate about supporting the Australian and New Zealand community and has two representatives on the ANZ Shapers board of directors.
