# BrazilSkills Accelerator

Labour market churn in Brazil is projected at 24% over the next five years, compared to 22% globally, underscoring the need for continued investment in strategies for upskilling, reskilling and workforce redeployment.

## Activities and deliverables

In collaboration with the National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI), Brazil’s Skills Accelerator is building on the country’s flagship reskilling initiatives with a focus on low-skilled and fragile workers. It aims to encourage professional qualification courses linked to the job market demands, strengthen apprenticeship programmes, and systemically embed digital skills and other forward-looking changes into educational curricula. It has currently reached 4.4 million individuals towards it's goal of providing 8 million workers with reskilling opportunities by 2030.
