### What is the initiative trying to achieve?

The Resilient Board Network is designed to support Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) in strengthening the governance capabilities needed to navigate an era of systemic risk. The initiative focuses on climate and nature as strategic boardroom priorities, recognizing their growing implications for resilience, supply chains, regulation, capital allocation and long-term enterprise value. Through trusted peer exchange, practical insight-sharing and cross-sector strategy dialogue, the network supports NEDs in better understanding interconnected risks and opportunities, while strengthening governance approaches that enable long-term resilience and transformation.
