The Resilient Boards Network supports non-executive directors and board leaders in strengthening the judgement, foresight and governance capabilities needed to navigate an era of systemic risk. It focuses on interconnected risks and opportunities as strategic boardroom priorities, recognizing their growing implications for resilience, competitiveness, supply chains, regulation, capital allocation and long-term enterprise value. Through trusted peer exchange, practical insight-sharing and cross-sector dialogue, the Network helps boards in developing more integrated and forward-looking approaches to strategy, risk management and decision-making.
Companies are navigating an increasingly complex operational environment shaped by climate and nature risks, geopolitical fragmentation, technological acceleration and shifting stakeholder expectations. In this context, boards play a critical role in helping organizations balance short-term pressures with long-term resilience, competitiveness and value creation. Boards are increasingly expected not only to oversee risk, but also to guide organizations through structural transformation and systemic uncertainty.
