## Strengthening board-level governance on climate and nature for resilience and long-term value creation

Corporate boards operate in a rapidly evolving landscape where climate change and nature loss are shaping competitiveness, resilience and long-term value creation. The World Economic Forum, in partnership with the Chapter Zero Alliance, supports boards to navigate this complex landscape, equipping them with the necessary tools and insights to implement the Guiding Principles for Nature and Climate Governance, and embed climate in their organisational strategies.

### Board Leadership for Growth and Resilience

As climate and nature increasingly shape markets, investment and competitiveness, effective board governance is essential—not only to manage risk, but to seize the opportunities of the transition and strengthen long-term business performance.
