Together, we aim to build shared, evidence-based insights that integrate economic, societal, and worker perspectives to shape and inform the next generation of work models, supporting innovation, sustainable growth, and opportunity for all. 

To foster deeper dialogue, the Forum has convened leading industry platform players to identify key principles that make platform work a valuable contribution to labour markets around the world, guiding a shared vision of responsible leadership and scalable action that empowers platform workers.

The principles below serve to inform relevant debates and establish a common foundation for positive action by enhancing opportunity, equity, autonomy, flexibility, earnings, relevant benefits, and the conditions under which platform work is performed, illustrated through local practical applications and emerging best practices.
