About the Global Future Council on Equitable Transition

Fairness in the costs and benefits of mitigation actions is crucial to enabling accelerated climate action. Yet the language and organizing principles required to bridge discussions on climate and inequality are still lacking, risking the prospect of a truly equitable transition.

How can we develop innovative economic policies and models that promote a just and equitable shift towards a more sustainable future?
