To advance the vision for GovTech in 2030, a series of initiative ideas are in development. From promoting best practices and nurturing talent to fostering innovation and scalability, the GovTech Network can prioritize and take forward several actions to grow GovTech outcomes.

## Initiative iteration

A new series of initiatives are being scoped to raise the profile of GovTech and support the effective and responsible use of technology to improve government delivery and the creation of public value.


### Outcomes for public value

Initiative to prioritize, ethics, rights, and sovereignty in GovTech


### Best practices

Initiative to promote and assess best practices in GovTech based on agreed KPI's


### Enabling skills and talent

Initiative to change the perception of GovTech as a career and investment choice.


### Scalability

Initiative establishing common baselines for scalability such as integration capabilities, and regulatory compliance.


### Innovation and new value creation

Initiative to develop innovation policies and procurement methods can support the testing and scaling of GovTech solutions, including pilot programs and sandboxes


## Associated initiatives

The initiatives drive fast-paced, iterative institutional design to close system gaps that result from the diverging pace of technological and institutional change. They pursue different outcomes but share a set of common principles: agility and speed, collaboration, multi-stakeholder and adaptability.
