## Partnering with German Government entities to Build a GovTech Platform

Digital innovation and technological resilience of state and administration are the driving issues of our time. GovTech Campus Germany, a German non-profit Innovation Platform founded by the German Government, is looking to build the first innovation, development and learning space of this kind to create ideal conditions for the modernisation of the state and democracy.


## They want to make Germany a pioneer in the development and application of digital technologies and solutions for the public sector government technology

The ambition is to connect the federal, state and local governments with the most innovative players in the tech scene, civil society, the open source community and experts.


## Our approach

To achieve that ambition, GovTech Campus needs a digital solution to help it scale up its capabilities and allow a great number of governments to access its services and knowledge, a digital platform to drive collaboration among governments, technology leaders and innovators. When leadership teams of GovTech Campus and World Economic Forum Technology met in fall 2022, they quickly realised that there are great synergies and opportunities for close collaboration to enable such a digital platform on Impact Network.


# The key services developed by the Forum across Strategic Intelligence, Community Engagement and Events can be made available to build the German GovTech knowledge and community platform - Atrium.

It embeds Atrium to a network comprising the world's leading organisations & other stakeholders. Atrium becomes part of an ecosystem where it can draw on existing mechanisms for stakeholder engagement & share resources to amplify actions.
