Since its establishment in 2019 at the request of the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council in collaboration with Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC, the initiative has established itself as a trusted, neutral platform for businesses dedicated to driving alignment toward a global baseline for non-financial reporting. 

By partnering with standard-setting organizations and World Economic Forum partner companies, we harness diverse expertise to tackle the complexities of non-financial reporting. Together, we promote the exchange of best practices for transparent reporting on environmental and social risks and opportunities.

Our mission
