Kabakoo has set a target to benefit 1,000,000 young people by 2030 through Highdigenous Pathways for Youth Productivity. Since 2019 it has reached 135,000 learners, about 30% of whom are women. The programme is delivered through co‑learning hubs and a mobile platform. It builds agency first through “Learning to Learn” and “Visualize to Succeed,” then develops market skills in no‑code, agribusiness, digital marketing, microelectronics and XR. Learners apply these skills in Local Innovation Projects for real clients. Partner research indicates a 71% income uplift and a 6.3x return on investment. Alumni are also six times less likely to stop investing in their development. Delivery is supported by an AI mentor on WhatsApp, in‑app AI feedback, micro‑credentialing, makerspaces for rapid prototyping, a peer‑facilitator alumni network, and public‑sector partnerships that embed digitized modules across vocational centres.
