SNU provides a unified, role-based learning platform offering over 800 free, on-demand courses, AI-powered personalization, hands-on simulations, and direct links to certifications and job readiness. Free student licensing and curriculum are available to more than 100 academic partners globally.

RiseUp, powered by SNU, expands access to untapped talent—including career transitioners, veterans, returning caretakers, youth, and underserved communities—via 19 global partners and meaningful opportunities across the ServiceNow ecosystem. RiseUp participants earn industry-recognized ServiceNow certifications, with 65% achieving at least one and 70% reporting career advancement. Learners gain practical AI skills on a platform used by 85% of Fortune 500 firms, with Generative and Agentic AI content completions up 732% year-on-year.

65% of RiseUp graduates are hired directly by ServiceNow customers and partners (alumni NPS: 96). ServiceNow partners with the U.S. Department of Defense SkillBridge and Department of Labor on national AI skilling. Organizations using SNU see 43% faster deployments and 36% higher developer productivity.
