Reskilling initiatives help learners of all ages acquire new futureproof skills used across industries, from healthcare and finance to manufacturing, insurance, and the public sector. They also provide scholarships for certification exams that enable jobseekers especially women, refugees, and people from underrepresented groups to get global, industry-recognized credentials to demonstrate and validate their skills proficiency and indicate job market readiness. So far, the program has impacted over 720,000 learners and job seekers and further aims to reach 2 million people by 2030.
