Pathways to Digital and AI-Native Careers by ADP

In support of the Intelligent Age, ADP has pledged to create new job pathways to digital and AI-native careers over the next five years for workers across the world.

With a special focus on individuals without formal technology backgrounds, ADP will offer a portfolio of training programs designed to expand access to the tech workforce. ADP seeks to open doors for non-technical students with internship programs and AI workshops designed to build digital readiness. It is also leveraging partnerships with leading universities to provide hands-on experience with the latest HR technology while strengthening practical AI and workforce management skills. ADP is also working to equip underrepresented youth, young women, and early learners with foundational skills in technology, communication, AI, and data science through targeted up-skilling initiatives and high school immersion experiences. By combining these efforts with strong industry, education, and community partnerships, ADP aims to broaden access to meaningful digital careers and drive measurable progress toward a future in which everyone can participate and thrive in the Intelligent Age.
