SDGs Impacted

SAP commits to supporting 12 million individuals through skills-development programs

Digital transformation is accelerating at unprecedented speed, reshaping industries, and redefining the skills needed to thrive. The demand for digital and AI-ready talent continues to surge. In line with our commitment to social responsibility and greater inclusion for all communities, SAP is dedicated to empowering every learner with the capabilities they need to succeed by reducing barriers to digital skills and provide learners with market-relevant capabilities for high-growth roles such as developers, data analysts, and technology consultants.

Looking ahead and recognizing the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on every sector, SAP is deepening its commitment: we pledge to equip 12 million people worldwide with digital and AI-ready skills by 2030. Through expanded hands-on training, globally accessible learning programs, and partnerships such as our collaboration with Training Partners, Non-Profit Partners, and Institutes of Higher Learning, we aim to ensure that individuals everywhere can participate in — and lead — the AI-powered future.

Students and lecturers can already sign up for SAP Learning Hub, Student Edition, for free access to premium content, including learning journeys, practice systems, and certification attempts. Through Academic Alliances programs, SAP provides educational institutions with comprehensive educator-focused resources to learn, research, and innovate with business applications and technology.
