Specifically, Wipro’s TalentNext program [BV1] expands access to AI and digital technologies, targeting both students and faculty, and focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. TalentNext partners with leading universities to deliver industry-relevant training in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security.

Specialized training for faculty enables them to upskill students, amplifying the impact across educational institutions. In FY25 alone, Wipro trained 54,000 students and 740 faculty in AI/ML and Big Data, and has cumulatively provided digital and AI skills training to 314,000 students through the program.

Wipro has set ambitious goals to drive social impact through education and technology over the coming years:

• For FY26, Wipro has made commitments to empower 80,000 college students and 1,000 faculty through skilling and capacity building programs in emerging digital technologies.
• As part of its efforts to increase access to latest technologies and to build AI-ready skills, Wipro has also committed to providing digital and AI skills to 1 million college students by 2030.
