Capgemini commits to supporting more than 10 million individuals through skills-development and job pathway programs

Capgemini is dedicated to advancing digital inclusion globally, ensuring technology careers are accessible to individuals from all backgrounds. Through partnerships with NGOs, social enterprises, and academic institutions, Capgemini’s Digital Inclusion programs aim to empower 10 million people by 2030.

Notable initiatives span digital literacy, which provides access to devices and foundational skills, with examples such as AI workshops for neurodivergent children in Morocco, youth empowerment in Poland via Fundacja Zwolnieni z Teorii, and interactive AI/VR experiences in Germany. The Digital Academy focuses on digital empowerment and tech employment opportunities. Capgemini also champions accessibility through AI for People with Disabilities and Neurodivergent, partnering on projects like Handilab and participating in networks such as Equitable AI Dialogues.

Capgemini’s strong partnerships and Memoranda of Understanding with schools and universities in France, India, and Spain enable the company to create job pathways by co-designing AI curricula, delivering targeted training, and conducting joint research. In France, over 45 partnerships drive AI awareness and skill development; in India, more than 78 MoUs and 32 innovation labs provide hands-on learning in specialized tech fields. Through the Digital Academy, Capgemini collaborates with organizations like Factoría F5 in Spain and NASSCOM Foundation in India to offer free AI bootcamps and certifications.

Finally, Capgemini supports career transitions for veterans and women returning to work in countries like India, the US, and Australia through intensive upskilling programs that include generative AI training.
