HP commits to accelerate future workforce readiness globally by providing access to AI, technology, and other critical skills for at least 5 million people through 2030. We will achieve this, with partners, through key initiatives including HP LIFE, the HP Future of Work Accelerator, and HP HOPE.

HP LIFE is a free business skills training programme, accessible online via the HP LIFE platform, in-person through partners, and offline with the HP LIFE app. Offering courses in eight languages, it enables people worldwide to gain in-demand skills and core business knowledge—whether to further their education, start a business, or improve employability. Trainers and educators also use HP LIFE to enrich curricula and support business creation. HP LIFE is a program of the HP Foundation.

The Future of Work Accelerator supports nonprofits advancing digital inclusion, providing selected organisations with $100,000 grants, HP technology, and a six-month virtual programme of training, mentorship, and consultations. Since 2022, it has helped 35 nonprofits in 13 countries, expanding their reach by over 11.3 million people.

HP HOPE is HP’s global device donation initiative, promoting workforce development and technology reuse. By refurbishing and redeploying donated HP devices, the programme supports disconnected communities, advances economic development, and contributes to sustainability through a collaborative, ecosystem-based approach.
