### Quantum Economy

C4IR Saudi Arabia is spearheading the development of a national quantum strategy. This initiative brings together researchers, industry partners, and government leaders to build a roadmap that strengthens R&D, nurtures talent, and accelerates commercialization. The project ensures that the Kingdom is not only prepared for the quantum era but is also shaping the global conversation on inclusive access to quantum technologies.

### Transitioning Industrial Clusters

The Transitioning Industrial Clusters (TIC) initiative supports Malaysia's journey toward greener, more competitive industries.  C4IR Malaysia works with manufacturing hubs to digitalize operations and adopt sustainable technologies, the project aims to boost GDP while reducing environmental impact. This long-term effort demonstrates how industrial policy and technology adoption can go hand in hand.


### Space Economy India

C4IR India, in collaboration with IN-SPACe, has launched an 8-point agenda to advance India’s space economy. Through a national dialogue series, this multi-stakeholder initiative will identify opportunities, shape policies, and drive sustainable solutions for India’s space sector while contributing to global space sustainability and innovation.

### Autonomous Mobility and Robotics

C4IR UAE is enhancing national efforts in autonomous mobility by providing strategic guidance to existing initiatives and raising their visibility globally. By partnering with Dubai Future Labs, the project supports innovation in smart mobility solutions that will make transportation more efficient, safer, and sustainable. The work contributes to positioning the UAE as a leader in robotics and next-generation transport.


### AVIATE - Saudi Arabia

The AVIATE project is accelerating the growth of the Advanced Air Mobility ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. By identifying real-world pilot opportunities and scaling drone deployments, C4IR Saudi Arabia is paving the way for drones and AAM technologies to be integrated into national infrastructure. This initiative aims to establish the Kingdom as a regional hub for next-generation air transport.

### AVIATE - India

AVIATE India is a hub for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), bringing together communities, government, civil society, and academia to revolutionize transportation with eVTOL technologies. This C4IR India project delivers incisive knowledge products, design sandboxes, and pilot programs to ensure robust safety and regulatory compliance, while creating commercialization roadmaps to drive innovation.

### ESG Innovation Challenge

C4IR Malaysia, in collaboration with Bursa Malaysia, seeks to drive innovation around environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. Entrepreneurs and innovators are invited to propose solutions that help industries transition to more sustainable practices. Through competitions, mentoring, and market linkages, the challenge is building a pipeline of ESG-focused technologies that support Malaysia’s green economy agenda.

### AI for Agriculture Innovation (AI4AI)

Focusing on public–private partnerships (PPPs), C4IR India's project uses digital and AI-enabled technologies in agriculture to help accelerate food production in developing countries to enhance food security. By 2030, the project aims to equip 10 million farmers, including 30% women—with emerging agri-tech solutions.

### AI Innovation Labs

This project is unlocking the potential of artificial intelligence to power economic growth across Africa. By piloting AI use cases in health, agriculture, and education, C4IR Rwanda is testing scalable solutions that can deliver measurable impact to citizens. With an ambitious target of boosting GDP growth by 6%, the AI Innovation Labs represent a powerful model for AI-driven development.


### Peer to Peer SME Sandbox

This initiative led by C4IR Saudi Arabia, empowers small and medium-sized enterprises by giving them access to cutting-edge digital technologies and peer-to-peer learning opportunities. By testing innovative solutions in a sandbox environment, SMEs can accelerate their digital transformation journeys while minimizing risk. The project strengthens the competitiveness of the SME sector, a key driver of economic growth in Saudi Arabia.

### Digital Health Activator

C4IR Rwanda is driving forward the national agenda on AI in health through the Digital Health Activator. The project identifies the enablers and barriers for scaling AI health solutions, builds synergies with ongoing initiatives, and fosters policy thought leadership. By doing so, Rwanda is positioning itself as a leader in the responsible adoption of AI in healthcare across the continent.

### AI Fellowship Programme

The AI Fellowship connects emerging policy leaders from around the world in a unique training and collaboration programme. Hosted by C4IR Malaysia, the fellowship fosters knowledge sharing, joint research, and policy experimentation. By creating a global network of AI experts, the programme supports more harmonized and effective AI governance.


### AI for citizens

"AI untuk Rakyat" or AI for Citizens is a Malaysian government initiative, supported by C4IR Malaysia, aimed at enhancing public understanding and awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) thru a self-learning online programme. The programme is designed to make AI knowledge accessible to a broad audience, including students, professionals, and the general public across diverse age groups and backgrounds.

### 4IR Academy

Launched by C4IR Azerbaijan in partnership with the Education Development Fund and Coursera, aims to enhance digital skills in Azerbaijan by offering tuition-free access to about 800 courses in AI, big data, blockchain, cloud technologies, and more. With a target of 10,000 participants, the academy fosters human capital development and supports Azerbaijan’s innovation-driven economy.

### EstudIA

C4IR Medellín is training over 1,000 students from local schools in artificial intelligence and digital skills. The project provides young people with pathways into entrepreneurship, employment, and higher education, creating new opportunities for social mobility. By investing in youth, EstudIA is helping to shape the next generation of digital leaders in Colombia.
