# About the Frontline Talent of the Future

## Identify, promote and elevate proven talent strategies and innovations

The World Economic Forum and McKinsey launched the Frontline Talent of the Future initiative in 2023. Through 80+ leader interviews and site visits worldwide, the initiative has built a database of 60+ innovations and a playbook for frontline talent excellence. We are now committed to expanding talent research to highlight proven strategies and inspire broader adoption of innovative practices for workforce transformation across future factories and supply chains.
