## Quantum for Society Challenge

The Quantum for Society Challenge was launched in November 2024 in collaboration with UpLink and the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Saudi Arabia. It called for impactful, scalable solutions for a sustainable future aligned with the SDGs, using quantum technology to tackle critical needs in climate, materials & manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, food systems, and freshwater systems. The challenge received an outstanding 100 submissions, and the 10 winners have been announced on World Quantum Day 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
