## Maturity Scale

Inspired by Simon Wardley’s maturity model, the initiative maps each technology domain into subcomponent technologies to show how far they have progressed (Tech Convergence Report, p. 15)

Early experiments. High uncertainty, high cost, limited standards.

Early adoption. Bespoke solutions, learning-by-doing, costs falling.

Scaling phase. Standard offerings, clear value, predictable performance.
