Industrial Ecosystem

Description

The NextGen Industry Cluster is anchored in the Sumgayit Industrial Park - the largest industrial park in the South Caucasus. Sumgayit Industrial Park spans approximately 639.7 hectares and hosts dozens of resident companies across the chemicals, polymers, metallurgy, fertilizers, machinery, and construction-materials sectors. SOCAR Polymer and SOCAR Carbamide are among its major residents. To date, the park has attracted investment exceeding AZN 5.4 billion (≈USD 3.2 billion) and provides employment for more than 5,900 people, underscoring its role as a cornerstone of Azerbaijan’s industrial development
