Description

As Europe's largest trade and energy hub, the Port of Rotterdam is importing and supplying 12% of the European Union's total energy demand. With its vast network, the port represents a focal point for the clean energy supply for the European industry and an important node in the future network of clean shipping corridors. Flagship Projects include the Porthos Carbon Capture and Storage (in collaboration with EBN and Gasunie, with Air Liquide, Air Products, ExxonMobil and Shell) and the the Andalusian Green Hydrogen Valley – Port of Rotterdam maritime corridor for green hydrogen (in collaboration with Moeve).
