## We are helping prepare millions of workers across manufacturing and supply chains for future jobs in technology-enabled factories

The Human-Machine Collaboration initiative brings together the Next Frontier of Operations and Frontline Talent of the Future initiatives within the Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains.As production systems enter the intelligent age, we aim to collectively equip millions of workers with the skills, tools and safe collaboration models required to transition into future jobs.Our mission is to help ensure that advanced technologies elevate human capability, strengthen workforce resilience and support new forms of value creation.

### Future-state workflows

Developing scenarios that show how key manufacturing and supply-chain functions evolve with frontier technologies, mapping today’s processes to tomorrow’s end-to-end systems.


### Evolving job profiles

Identifying new and evolving jobs that illustrate how human–machine collaboration is reshaping tasks, decision-making and value creation in industrial work.


### Skills matrix

Creating an integrated skills framework detailing the technical, digital, behavioural and collaborative capabilities required for each future role across workflows.


### Case studies

Providing cast studies and best practices of organizations showing that effective human-machine collaboration requires deliberate workforce strategies.
